| IGF-1R

Insulin Like Growth Factor 1 Receptor (IGF1R) is a transmembrane receptor that is activated by a hormone called insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and by a related hormone called IGF-2. Two α and β subunits form the IGF-1 receptor, both of which are synthesized by an mRNA precursor. The precursor is then glycosylated, cleaved by proteolysis, and cross-linked by cysteine bonds to form a functional transmembrane αβ chain. During embryonic development, the IGF-1R pathway is involved with the developing limb buds.

| Recovery

The recovery of Mouse IGF-1R spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
